- making a coleslaw to last us a few days (throw together shredded cabbage, carrot, shredded broccoli stem, or broccoli florets, raisins, sunflower seeds and dress with about 1/3 cup olive oil, splash of vinegar, dash of mustard powder, maple syrup, salt and pepper).
- double batch of peanut butter balls using raw honey (buy it raw rather than pasturized!), natural peanut butter (no additives), oats and Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips.
