1 Tablespoon molasses (or a little less)
1Tablespoon coconut oil
1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
Place all ingredients in a mug and add boiling water. Stir well. *It turns out frothy and creamy if you blend it in something like a magic bullet, or any blender. This recipe comes from the book The Nourishing Traditions Book of Baby & Child Care and is supported by the Weston A Price Foundation.
The coconut oil gives it a nice creaminess and the molasses a nice flavour and sweetness.
