I love podcasts! They are entertaining, educational and can keep you motivated...and when I spend most of my day with toddlers it's as close to an intellectual adult conversation get sometimes. If you've new to podcasts, they are audio shows you can find on iTunes and they are free. I listen to them while I drive, clean the house, cook, go for walks/runs... I actually found I will walk or run longer so I can finish the podcast I'm listening to and sometimes I don't even realize how far I've gone. I downloaded a podcast app to my phone but you can listen directly from iTunes. Some you might like are "The Chalene Show", "Nutrition Diva", "The Rich Roll Podcast", "The Charged Life", "The Model Health Show" and "The Health Bridge".
