Pizza Night - Paleo Pizza Crust and a side salad. I like to load mine up with tons of veg like peppers, onion, and spinach. I add leftover meat like chicken or sausage or bacon. On mine, I skip the cheese and dollop on a bit of veganaise once it's baked.
Each week I plan to make a big batch of soup. If it's meatless, it's good in the fridge about 4 days, if it has meat I leave out enough for 2 days and freeze the rest.

I tend to get into a smoothie rut so each week I will find a new smoothie recipe to try out.
PINA COLADA POWER SHAKE
- 120 mL water
- 120 mL full fat coconut milk or coconut milk yogurt
- 240 mL pineapple
- 0.5 banana
- 45 mL hemp seeds
- 30 mL coconut flakes
- 15 mL chia seeds
- 60 mL ice cubes
- 10 soaked almonds
