Gluten Free wraps using leftover Morrocan Chicken, lettuce, avocado, tomato, green onion, and sauce of choice. I haven't tried this wrap recipe, alternatively you could use a store bought gluten free wrap. *I wouldn't use the rice wraps, unless there is an improved product as they tend to crack easily. A non-gmo corn tortilla would be good! |
Batch Cook Meal Beef and Tomato Macaroni Soup - there is some sugar in this recipe. I will modify by cutting out the ketchup and sugar and subbing in a little maple syrup (to taste) as well as using less macaroni - sub as you wish. |

Because Christmas oranges are so plentiful right now!
1 orange - peeled
1/2 to 1 banana (frozen)
Choose protein source: hemp hearts or vanilla protein powder
Choose fat source: 1 tsp coconut oil or 1/2 avocado or soaked almonds/cashews**
Choose liquid: water, almond milk, coconut water or coconut cream*
Optional: handfull of spinach or other greens such as kale or swiss chard
*(can omit fat source choice if using coconut cream as liquid)
**soak overnight, then rinse and drain
