Paleo (Cauliflower) Pizza and veggie sticks or salad - My husband has been wanting me to make this cauliflower pizza recipe which uses cheese. Although it's is a healthier version to regular pizza it still has dairy. Dairy is okay if it doesn't cause you inflammation but the problem is that for the majority of the population it does cause inflammation. So I've included two recipes depending on whether you eat dairy or not.
Grilled Blackened Salmon with Pineapple Mango Salsa and salad - I often have frozen mango on hand for smoothies so I use that in this recipe rather than fresh. Save some pineapple (either fresh or canned) for tomorrow's recipe.
Paleo Pineapple Bacon Burgers and salad - You can use pre-made patties as well.
