Before cutting out gluten and dairy I brushed off most of my symptoms as normal until I cut out gluten and dairy along with most processed foods. I now feel better than I knew I ever could. It actually makes me wonder if a lot of people are going about their days like that, thinking the headaches, body aches and tiredness are just normal or just a part of aging.
So my plan is not to cut coffee out of my life just because an article tells me to, but I will experiment with it. I plan to cut out coffee, hopefully for a week or two, and see if I notice a difference. I will be aware of how I'm feeling in those two weeks but particularly look at if there are any negative effects when re-introducing it.
How am I going to go two weeks without coffee? I'm not excited about it. I might try out Teeccino as a replacement. I've heard it tastes a lot like coffee.
