One of my favourite things is to go for a walk as the sun is just coming up and listen to one of my favourite podcasts. Right now I am loving The School Of Greatness. In case Podcasts are a bit foreign to you....they are audio (or video) recordings found on iTunes...and they are free! There are so many incredible, inspiring and entertaining people now doing Podcasts. I listen to them when I'm out for a walk or jog. I find it helps with running because I actually enjoy the run! I find I sometimes keep running just so I can listen to the rest of the Podcast. Whereas I used to have to push myself to go just one more block...then one more block... I usually have a podcast on when I'm making supper, cleaning the house, and driving. Ashton will probably be a health and motivational mogul by the time she is 3 with all the podcasts she inadvertently listens to in the car.
