6:30 Up for the day. I love having a bit of quiet time before the rest of the house wakes. I've created a habit of starting the day with a glass of water.
Then coffee and a flax seed bar.
Unless there are leftovers for lunch I will often just have a green smoothie/protein shake a little later and then usually a paleo cookie with a coffee in the afternoon and/or some fruit or nuts and dried fruit mix.
