- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder (I like vega)
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Press dough into a parchment lined 9x5 loaf pan. Chill for 45 minutes - 1 hour.
- Slice into 6 bars and wrap/bag each bar individually.
- Keep refrigerated or keep frozen. Frozen is my favorite way to go.
