Monday - Salmon Patties w Zuchinni relish, edamame and roasted veg Tuesday - Paleo Almond Chicken Fingers, celery stix with dip and home fries Wednesday - Honey Garlic Pork Chops with rice and steamed greens Thursday - Chicken breast with sautéed mushrooms and onion, roasted cauliflower, and garden salad Friday - Chili - (was leftover from last week and frozen) and garden salad Saturday - BBQ ribs and foil pack veg Sunday - Meatloaf and roasted veg SNACKS Nuts and figs - Figs are like nature's candy. I often buy them at Walmart. Kale chips - I discovered a delicious new recipe! Zuchinni chips Larabars - do a big batch and keep in freezer |
