This recipe makes a huge batch, but since I haven't tried it yet, I'm going to cut it in half (still makes a large amount of soup).
Smoothie Of The Week
This is the king of green smoothies! You need a good blender for this one. A magic bullet should work too.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Water
- 1⁄2 head Organic Romaine Lettuce or kale
- 1 large handfuls Organic Spinach
- 1 stalks Celery
- 1⁄4 Organic Cucumber (or peel a non organic cuke)
- 1⁄2 Organic Green Apple cut in chunks
- 1⁄4 banana
- 1⁄4 avocado
- 1 broccoli stems (optional)
- 1 pinches Parsley (optional)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon spirulina powder optional but adds protein & minerals
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1⁄2 lemon - squeezed
- 4 1⁄2 teaspoon hemp seeds (for protein & fats)
- 5 soaked almonds
