Ribs and roasted vegetables (drizzle melted coconut oil, sprinkle s+p, and bake)
Hearty Beef soup -use gluten free noodles or omit altogether.
Farmer Sausage, home fries, veggies and dip (it's important to use coconut oil vs veg oil for high heat cooking). I buy my farmer sausage from here.

Pumpkins are cheap right now, and to be honest we were too busy (actually I was too lazy) to carve our pumpkin before halloween. So we have a lot of pumpkin to use up. I also plan to try out a pumpkin spice smoothie.
